Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 7, 2026 · Applies to the Decidr Spin Wheel Android app (package app.decidr.wheel) published by Zeblofar Technology.

The short version

You do not need an account. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
Your wheels, choices, votes, turns and history are stored only on your phone. We do not have servers that receive them.
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID. Decidr Pro turns ads off.
Purchases are processed by Google Play and verified by RevenueCat using an anonymous ID.
We do not sell your personal information.

1. Who we are

Decidr Spin Wheel ("Decidr", "the app", "we", "us") is developed and published by Zeblofar Technology. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email azkmarketing2025@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect and why

We (the developer) do not run our own servers and do not collect your wheel content. The only data that leaves your device is handled by the trusted services listed below, for the purposes listed:

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, files, microphone audio, or browsing history.

3. Information that stays on your device

Wheels, choices, game-pack progress, votes, turns/rotations and decision history are saved in a local database on your phone.
Settings such as theme, sounds, vibration and look are saved on your phone.
Photo to wheel: when you pick a photo (for example, of a menu), the text is read using Google ML Kit's on-device text recognition. The photo is processed on your phone and is not uploaded by us.
Spin videos and result pictures are created on your phone and are only shared when you choose to share them using Android's share menu.
Android's system backup may include app data in your personal Google backup if you have backup turned on. This backup is controlled by your Google account, not by us.

4. App permissions

Permission	Why the app uses it

Nearby devices, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi state (and, on Android 12 and older, approximate location)	Only for the optional Spin together feature, which uses Google Nearby Connections to link phones in the same room. Android requires the location permission on older versions to scan for nearby devices; the app does not read or store your location.
Notifications	Optional reminders when a turn or chore rotation changes.
Vibrate	Tactile feedback during spins. Can be turned off in Settings.
Advertising ID	Used by Google AdMob in the free version to show ads.

You can grant or revoke permissions at any time in Android Settings → Apps → Decidr Spin Wheel → Permissions.

5. Third-party services

These providers process data under their own privacy policies:

6. Advertising and your choices

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your choices and where you live. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent form and can change their choice later from the app's Settings.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (wording varies by device).
Buying Decidr Pro removes ads and stops the app from requesting them.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for purposes other than those described above. Data may be disclosed if required by law.

8. Retention and deletion

Data on your phone stays until you delete it in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes all of it.
Advertising data is retained by Google according to its policies.
Purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat as needed for billing, tax and legal reasons.

9. Security

Data sent by the services above is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Data on your phone is protected by Android's app sandbox. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we choose providers with strong security practices.

10. Children

Decidr Spin Wheel is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold your wheel data, most requests are handled directly on your phone. For anything else, email azkmarketing2025@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date at the top will change, and important changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
