Decidr Spin WheelTerms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Decidr Spin Wheel Android app published by Zeblofar Technology ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The app
Decidr Spin Wheel is a tool for making light, everyday decisions using a spin wheel, coin flip, dice, number draw, finger picker, team split, game packs and related features. Results are random and generated fairly on your device.
2. Use for fun, not for important decisions
The app is provided for entertainment and convenience. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, safety or other important decisions, and do not use it for gambling, betting or any activity where money or prizes depend on the result in a way that is illegal where you live. Party game packs (such as Truth or Dare) should be played safely, legally and with everyone's consent.
3. Your content
Wheels, choices and other content you create stay on your device and belong to you. You are responsible for what you create and share. Do not use the app to create or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or that infringes someone else's rights.
4. Decidr Pro, subscriptions and purchases
- Decidr Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel in the Google Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Free trials: if a plan includes a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policy. You can also email us and we will help where we can.
- You can restore a purchase on a new device signed into the same Google account from the app's Settings → Restore purchase.
- We may change features or prices in the future. Price changes to existing subscriptions follow Google Play's rules and notifications.
5. Ads
The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are subject to the Privacy Policy. Decidr Pro removes ads.
6. Spin together and nearby features
The optional Spin together feature connects only to phones nearby that you choose to connect with. Only connect with people you know and trust.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, graphics, sounds, game packs and code are owned by Zeblofar Technology and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise the app will always be available, error-free or meet every need.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeblofar Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decision made using the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access to features if these Terms are seriously broken.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
